Digital and print Marketing Keep our external website up to date with relevant information and support the development of new areas as the service grows Contribute to creating content and supporting colleagues to create content as part of the social media strategy Produce reports on digital marketing usage and share with colleagues Work with the We are Bevan calendar to plan event coverage across the year Be the link between the organisation and our external partner to support driving improvements in our digital marketing Support with the creation and ordering of all print branded material including leaflets, banners, recruitment collateral, cards and other merchandise Support colleagues to make use of our web to print system to empower them to create their own resources Work with colleagues to identify graphic design needs across the organisation Be the internal brand ambassador ensuring colleagues are using the correct brand guidelines on all publicity and marketing Support with the preparation and submission of award applications To support the development of our digital champions to support patients to access online resource Communications To act as the main link to our external partner who delivers on our Communication and Marketing Strategy To contribute to the development and delivery of our Communications and Marketing Strategy To lead on the staff website (Bevan Connect) to support increased usage and to keep content updated Support with the writing of press and external agency communication Support with the writing of internal and external communication Projects Work with key stakeholders to create and deliver the Bevan calendar Support in the delivery of internal and external events Assist with the marketing and communications for new contracts Work with teams to publish our impact internally and externally To support the coordination of the annual staff awards To support future projects as the organisation grows
