Description
We are currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Director to work with a thriving manufacturing business based in Ipswich.

This is an integral part with the business as you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team providing strategic financial planning andworking alongside the leadership team.

You will be
immediately available and a commercially focused accountant with a solid foundation in management and financial accounting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of and managing the budgeting and forecasting process and monthly management accounts
  • Responsible for cash flow management
  • Responsible for statutory accounting, including tax matters and liaising with auditors
  • Responsible for driving continuous improvement within the finance team
  • Developing, mentoring, and guiding the finance team.
  • Business partnering with the Senior Leadership Team and across the whole company, providing financial insight, quality advice, challenge, reporting and analysis

Key Skills:

  • Fully qualified accountant with previous manufacturing experience
  • You will be commercially minded and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand the wider business
  • Coaching and mentoring leadership style
