Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Multi Trade Operative for a contract role.
Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team.
The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
The Role:
- Kitchen/Bathroom Refurbishments
- Carpentry
- Hanging Doors, Skirting, Stud Walls, Flooring, Architrave
- Plumbing tap, toilet, basin changes, connecting pipework, fault finding
- Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
- Minor Brickwork
- Sealing/Silicone
- Snagging Works
- Patch Plastering
- Logging works via PDA
- Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

- 5+ years experience within a similar role building/multi trade role
Working Hours
- Monday

£22.50 per hour
