- working individual to work within our accounts department.

ROLE:

You will have an excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure.

Will be friendly and reliable and be able to work alone and also be part of a team.

  • Maintain both purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices (posting to the system, match receipts)
  • Prepare supplier payments
  • Assist finance director with accounts administration
  • Daily reconciliations
  • General quires, internally & externally

OTHER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Filing
  • Accepting inbound/outbound telephone calls
  • Liaise with other departments within the company

SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • To be organised, confident and driven with a positive attitude
  • Xero software experience essential
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Be good at communicating with clients and colleagues
  • The ability to work under pressure, and using your own initiative
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Administrative skills
  • Professional telephone manor
  • Be able to drive due to rural location of head office
