    We are a busy Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Central London, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Runners.

    Role: Runner

    As a Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

    1. Delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to tables in a timely manner.
    2. Assisting servers with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
    3. Supporting the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow.
    4. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
    5. Communicating effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff.

    Candidate Profile

    We are looking for individuals who are:

    1. Energetic and Quick on Their Feet: You should be able to move swiftly and efficiently in a busy environment.
    2. Customer-Focused: A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service are essential.
    3. Team Players: You will be working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, so strong teamwork skills are a must.
    4. Detail-Oriented: Ensuring orders are accurate and delivering them with care is vital.
    5. Adaptable and Flexible: You should be able to handle the dynamic nature of restaurant service, including evening and weekend shifts.

    Basic Requirements

    1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
    2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    3. Good communication skills, with a basic understanding of English.
    4. Right to work in the UK.
    5. A passion for Japanese food and culture is a plus.
