Due to growth my client is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor, who has experience of working within an office-based environment or in a customer facing role.

You will have a passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service.

THE ROLE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:

Manage customer expectations in a timely manner.
Ensure customer queries are responded to, delivering excellent levels of customer service.
Ensure that customer requirements are kept up to date.
Ability to liaise with different departments, such as Marketing, Warehouse team and Finance.
Accurate attention to detail when entering data onto the system.
Highly organised daily.
Be able to work as part of a team but also autonomously.
