Due to growth my client is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor, who has experience of working within an office-based environment or in a customer facing role.
You will have a passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service.An exciting opportunity, offering full support, with a lovely working culture. This a full time, permanent position, offering fantastic company benefits. Offering a superb starting salary of up to £23,000 DOE.

THE ROLE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:
- Manage customer expectations in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer queries are responded to, delivering excellent levels of customer service.
- Ensure that customer requirements are kept up to date.
- Ability to liaise with different departments, such as Marketing, Warehouse team and Finance.
- Accurate attention to detail when entering data onto the system.
- Highly organised daily.
- Be able to work as part of a team but also autonomously.
