Due to growth my client is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor, who has experience of working within an office-based environment or in a customer facing role.

You will have a passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service.

THE ROLE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:

  • Manage customer expectations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer queries are responded to, delivering excellent levels of customer service.
  • Ensure that customer requirements are kept up to date.
  • Ability to liaise with different departments, such as Marketing, Warehouse team and Finance.
  • Accurate attention to detail when entering data onto the system.
  • Highly organised daily.
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also autonomously.
