Cheltenham Borough Homes are looking for a Logistics Coordinator you will work with the Voids Manager and Supervisor to ensure delivery of Empty Homes back into our stock for lettings.

Based at The Depot on Swindon Road this is a busy role in a reactive world of Repairs and Maintenance where your efficient planning and ability to work with changing priorities will ensure the speedy turnaround of our vacated homes from previous customers to new.

This is your opportunity to join a fantastic team in a fast-paced environment working with circa 40 trades operatives and a twenty strong office side operation.

You will be able to balance many tasks, eager to learn with experience of planning and administration. A positive 'can do' attitude will take you far

You will be responsible for:

Day to day planning of resources and scheduling of work for in house tradesmen delivering reactive, cyclical and planned responsive work creating maximum efficiency and ensuring KPI's are maintained (circa 28 staff plus 14 agency staff)
Management of circa 14 agency staff across multiskill, electrical, single skill and labourer trades ensuring compliance with CBH Policies and procedures
Preparation and control of all administration for planned works team including void packs, compliance certification (asbestos, EPC, Gas, Electric).

You will be required to start work at 8.00am each day.
