Livability North East supports people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs across Newcastle and Gateshead. Supported Living and Community based support enabling people to live life to the full.

About the role:

**_

We are looking for a Team Leader to work in our independent supported living services in Gateshead._**
_You will be working with people with learning disabilities, mental health support needs and some physical support needs.

_

_We are looking for experienced care workers who are ready to progress in their careers in care.

Our Team Leaders are supported to:
review and develop care plans and risk assessments, plan support goals and direct support teams on tasks and activities, support training and development of team members, complete observations and service audits.
_

_To support you in your role you will complete our in-house induction training followed by our specific Team Lead training programme, which is led by our Learning and Development team._

_You will be supported and managed by our Service Delivery Leads and Complex Care Manager._
