In order to expand our current team, we are looking for a
Vehicle Movements Team Leader.


Within this challenging role, you will report to the Operations Supervisor, assisting with the allocation of work, ensuring resources are utilised effectively and efficiently to meet KPI's.


Your role

  • You will ensure that preshift inspections are completed to a satisfactory standard, documenting and reporting any faults in a timely manner.
  • You will be required to complete accident reports and all other documentation including daily timesheets as well as assisting the Supervisor with organising the workforce, ensuring that sufficient resources are requested to manage the projected workloads.
  • You will ensure that all company policies, procedures and standards are strictly adhered to whilst maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety including carrying out risk assessments and delivering safe systems of work and tool box talks.

Your profile

  • As a working Team Leader, you must be experienced in the Vehicle Movements operation.
  • You will have excellent IT skills in order to compile statistics and reports using Microsoft programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • You will have high attention to detail and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team.
  • You will have effective organisation skills and have previous experience in leading a team.

- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
