About the Children's Homes We Work With:

Our partnered children's homes cater to a diverse range of needs, including Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Difficulties (SEBD) and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP).

Each home is committed to providing a supportive environment where children can grow and develop.

As a Children's Support Worker (Bank Staff), you'll have the opportunity to work across different homes, gaining valuable experience and making a positive impact on the lives of children in need.

Qualifications and Experience:

This is an unqualified position, but we're committed to supporting your professional development. While additional qualifications related to the role are beneficial, we provide opportunities for training and development along the way.

Whether you're new to the care sector or have previous experience working with children, we welcome individuals with a passion for making a difference.
