To support our tremendous growth and diversification, we are looking for a Social Marketing Specialist to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to help the company grow and develop even further. The person will help in delivering the below

-
Daily Tasks:

Designing and creating engaging e newsletters using Clavio.
Evaluate and implement continuous improvements of newsletters. '
Experience of improving open rate, click through rate and conversion rate of newsletters.
Create engaging social content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook and execute them from start to finish.
Create compelling and comprehensive social media content ensuring that the copywriting and visuals complement each other perfectly.
Analyse performance of social content and incorporate insights into future content decisions.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Outstanding command of the English writing to create rich and enticing materials.
Skilled in social media comprehension and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Clavio experience.
Experience using photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign)
Impeccable attention to detail.
An ability to think creatively and 'outside the box'.
Thrives working independently as well as part of a wider team

Working hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:30pm (37.5hrs per week)

You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60) therefore it is essential that you have your own transport.
