Overview:


As Provisioner (project administrator) you will be indirectly responsible the installation, setup of equipment, configuring and activation internet services through a network of providers.

This is achieved through effective communication with both the supplier and customer with the aim of meeting the end customers' required handoff date.


Duties:


  • Management of all aspects of the delivery from order initiation to handover to scheduling engineering resources, arranging onsite appointments and task assignment.
  • Managing customer expectations throughout the delivery process, keeping them updated and advised on an at least weekly basis
  • Acts as the SPOC (single point of contact) for all internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of all activities
  • Relationship management with both supplier and customer
  • Working with cross functional teams to manage the implementation of highpriority projects
  • Weekly tracking of internet access service delivery through service desk and weekly reports.
  • Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders
  • Assisting customer with service handover and activation of internet services as well as ensuring all customer's requirements and demands have been fulfilled. Ensuring the relevant suppliers have conducted quality assurance tests on circuits.
  • Providing provisioning support to Project Managers, enabling the delivery of orders as per project timelines
  • Responsibility for managing disconnections
