ANNUAL SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE UP TO £50K

We are a growing family-owned organisation with over 30 years' experience within the field of healthcare.

The design and production by our sister company has resulted in a unique and world-wide patented range of mobility vehicles to our consumers in theUK, Australia, USA and mainland Europe.

Constantly ahead of the market we were able to have extended our range during Covid and are excited with the launch of further products in 2023.

Our service department averages some 12,000 UK visits per year, delivering both new products and any ongoing maintenance requirements.

Expecting to rise in 2023 our present combined team of 23 trained internal coordinators and field-based engineers is expectedto increase to 30.


We now seek a manager that can lead by example and represent outstanding customer service, always putting the customer first, by listening and responding to the customers feedback and reacting accordingly.


Key Requirements:

  • Have the ability to manage the departments routines and performance.
  • Lead and encourage colleagues to work with purpose and a sense of achievement.
  • Be accountable for supporting engineer operations whilst providing high quality effective services in accordance with Company practices.
  • Manage and develop effective CRM working processes such as call logging, customer conversations and notifications of scheduled work.
  • Manage client communication processes to enhance the clients' experience.
  • Provide accurate Department reports.
  • Solid planning and organisational skills
  • Good verbal and written English
  • Accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
  • IT literacy
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • A 'hands on' approach
  • Live within an easy, daily commuting distance of Luton


Situated just off Junction 10 of the M1, the Company works to a 40-hour week, 9.00am to 5.30pm, five days per week.

Salary is paid by BACS on the 28th of each month.

This is a full-time, office-based role with 28 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays),Pension Scheme, Free Parking and is close to local public transport routes with local amenities on the doorstep.
