Description
Supervisor required for our Transport Office in Grantham.

Prepared to cover routes/deliveries as and when required.

Supporting the Transport Manager in meeting delivery and collection targets.


Helping to influence the day to day running of the transport function working under the guidance of the GM/Transport Manager.

Liaising with Customer Service departments to meet customer's requests and requirements.

Assisting the Transport Manager in maintaining the vehicles to meet legislative requirements.

Reporting and informing management of any misuse and abuse of vehicles or delivery/collection failures.

Other ad hoc duties as required.

Knowledge of working Time Directive hours for all Tachograph vehicle drivers essentail.

A good working knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook is required and ability to work pressure.

HGV driving qualification would be advantageous


Salary:
£27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
