We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in sales administration. No prior experience is necessary as we will provide training on the job.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the sales team, including maintaining customer records, preparing sales reports, and organizing sales materials.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting with order processing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
- Updating the company's CRM system with accurate and timely data.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to customers.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary:
£22,646.00-£23,137.00 per year
