Heffernan Utilities is a trusted multi-utility provider working across the UK. We are a collective of highly skilled teams that work closely with our clients to build and deliver best in class solutions for Telecoms, Gas, Water and Electric utility services.
Due to growth we are now looking for a Project Administrator to join us and work closely alongside the senior management team.
The role:
- RAMS / Method Statements.
- Managing direct and subcontract resources
- Complete team audits and quality audits
- Liaise with water, gas and electrical engineering departments to arrange necessary connections
- Close out NCRs, incident reports, in timely manner as required
- Work planning.
- Arrange and attend meetings.
- Order materials and plant.
- Manage works for Gas, Electric, and Water mains laying projects.
Experience:
- Strong computing skills (MS Office)
- Good telephone manner.
- Project administration experience.
Salary and Package:
- £ k per annum DOE (40 hours per week)
- 28 days annual leave.

£20,000.00-£27,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
