Job Role as the Senior Service Scheduling Coordinator:

As the coordiantor, you will assist in delevoping a scheduling system for service and maintenance
Liaise with the delivery team and customers to arrange service and maintenance appointments
You will be responsible for the compliance of the company's fleet,.
Assisting the team leader with maintaining the records of the system.
You will be providing daily VOR reports for all vehicles on contracts
You will assist with the breakdowns, and organising the engineer's workload. General administration duties with excellent attention to detail.

To be Successful:

Excellent time management and organisation skills
You will have previous customer service experience
Experience working in the heavy equipment sector is beneficial
