We are a long-established family business with activities across the country in hygiene and cleaning services. We are looking for a lively, self-motivated, experienced person to join our Customer Services team.

We are based in modern premises in Sunbury-on-Thames, near Tesco's; the office is the central admin and storage facility, from which we control a team of staff and field-based.

We are seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Services Department.


The Role consists of:

  • Booking Teams into jobs using booking system and CRM
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • Compiling reports to generate certification for Clients
Contacting clients to book services

  • Data entry and updating CRM system
  • Compiling information for Teams including timesheets
  • Liaising with Teams for information
  • General office assistance
As well as the above you will be arranging appointments for our Outside Resources, liaising with Regional Managers.

We are seeking someone who will fit within our varied, diverse organisation, we embrace someone who can be proactive, has a logical way of thinking, who looks at problem-solving:

  • I have/ will find the solution, you need to be able to embrace challenges.


You will be confident in, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and have an excellent telephone manner, Training and support are provided.


Pay:
£22,425.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
