    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our AJ100 team in London. As a senior managerial position, you will oversee teams of 2-10 members and be responsible for delivering large-scale projects.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage teams of architects to deliver large £100M+ projects
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
    • Lead project planning, coordination, and execution
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

    Requirements:

    • Strong Revit knowledge and experience in the UK construction industry
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and lead high-performing teams
    • Client-facing experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
