Customer Service Sales Advisor-Glasgow, South Side


Contract - Temp to perm


Pay - £21,000 per annum


Hours -Monday-Friday, Saturday every 4 weeks, shifts can be between 8 and 6pm (8-4:30pm or 9-5:30pm)

Your role as Customer Service Sales Advisor will be to provide first class service to customer.

This will be via inbound calls from customers looking to place an order as well as up selling products and achieving monthly KPI's.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop the relationships with existing clients.
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
  • Achieve individual and team KPI's.
  • Delivering service excellence.
  • Processing orders onto internal systems.
  • Upselling added services and products.
  • Maintain accurate records of all existing and potential customers.

Skills and experience required:


  • Experience in customer service/call centre environment
  • Experience in sales focused role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload
  • Driven to hit and exceed targets
  • Strong confidence using Microsoft packages, i.e Word and Excel
