Reporting into the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager, this is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing ecommerce start up on the ground floor, one that has distinctive power and DNA in influencer marketing.


This role is ideal for someone who's ambitious and willing to work hard, and who is able to think differently about the use of influencers and affiliates and the role they play as part of wider brand marketing efforts to help define TALA's influencer programme and portfolio.

Tasks

  • Identify and recruit new affiliates
  • Brief, manage, and analyse affiliate creative in order to optimise conversion rates
  • Liaise with product teams in order to determine key promotions to communicate to affiliates
  • Identify onbrand influencers that TALA can collaborate with on a paid and/or gifting basis
  • Support on affiliate and influencer gifting and assist on managing the gifting budget
  • Create and send out campaign briefs and newsletters to affiliates
  • Track affiliate and influencer social coverage and analyse the performance
  • Monitor the digital media landscape and feedback to the team any relevant industry news such as influencer opportunities, key social trends and emerging talent
  • Support with ad hoc tasks, including the organisation and management of PR events
  • Responsible for updating the Marketing Calendar with internal and external key dates such as events, content focuses and influencer collaborations
  • Any other duties consistent with this role, including general admin support and contribution where needed

Requirements:


  • You will have a minimum of 6 months experience working in the affiliate / influencer channel
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and relationship skills are essential
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Knowledge in Awin or equivalent affiliate platform
  • Self motivated and proactive
  • You must be confident and wellorganised with keen commercial awareness
  • A passion for affiliate and influencer marketing
  • Be hot on social media trends and partnerships
