An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our friendly team.Howard & Co are looking for a Property Administrator to work alongside the Property Manager to assist with the management of a portfolio of rental properties.
This exciting opportunity is a varied role working within a small team in our busy Worthing office.Role specific duties include but not limited to:
- Booking and completing quarterly property inspections
- Liaising with Tenants & Property owners regarding maintenance issues
- Raising work orders to contractors
- Managing maintenance works ensuring issues are dealt with in a timely manner
- Ensuring Gas Safety inspections, Electrical Installation Condition Reports & Energy Performance Certificates are up to date and valid
General other duties include but not limited to:
- Answering calls
- Registering, qualifying applicants
- Booking viewings and valuations
As we are a small team, the right individual should be able to prioritise their workload but still be able to assist the rest of the team with general duties involved with the smooth running of a busy estate agency.
Experience in property management/estate agency would be desirable but not essential as you will be working closely with the Property Manager and full training will be given.
This varied role will suit someone with interest in property and someone keen to learn all aspects of working in an Estate Agency.
The full time role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.Previous applicants need not apply
