ADMINISTRATOR - RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT

Main purpose of the job:


We are recruiting for brand new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Residential Lettings Management team in Colburn.

Within the role you will oversee and take a lead on a wide range of general administrative duties.


Working closely with the Head of Residential Management, you will be an excellent communicator with an organised approach and possess the ability to solve problems by using your own initiative.

Reporting Structure:
The role reports to the Head of Residential Management.


The role and responsibilities:

  • Arranging property inspections.
  • Assist the Head of Residential Management collating the reports, arranging any compliance as necessary and dealing with landlords.
  • Follow up on calls, appointments and other enquiries.
  • Reception duties including answering the telephone, dealing with queries, redirecting calls as necessary and taking messages.
  • Upkeep of tenant and landlord filing & electronic filing.
  • Diary management/arranging meetings.
  • Any other reasonable duties, as required, to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The skills we are looking for in you:

  • Good general knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Planner, OneDrive. Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of letting legislation would be advantageous however is not essential.
  • Organised with a proactive and problemsolving approach to tasks.
  • Excellent standard of written English language.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Good level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Well presented with a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Good level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise busy workload and manage time.
  • Ability to act on own initiative whilst also working within Company processes and procedures.
  • Pays a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal with clients at all levels, from tenants and landowners to clergy and gentry, and always maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Possess a generally positive outlook and enjoy working within a progressive team.

Key information you need to know:

  • Monday to Friday 9.00am
  • 5.30pm.
