Key Skills and Experience:


  • Knowledge of part VI of the housing act 199
  • Responsible for the allocation process through to the verification of the properties.
  • Allocating accommodation to households in line with the Housing Allocation Scheme through the choicebased lettings system.
  • Coordination of the advertising of void properties in council or Registered Providers (RP) stock with Choice Homes UK (CHUK).
  • Allocate temporary accommodation and private rented accommodation to reduce homelessness and discharge the homeless duty (PRSO's) according to the Temporary Accommodation Placement Policy.
