Responsibilities:


  • Raise purchase orders accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs, ensuring purchase orders meet the requirements and specifications.
  • Process incoming invoices efficiently, matching them with the corresponding purchase orders and verifying the accuracy of details.
  • Pro actively resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with suppliers, facilitating effective communication and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and effectively managing supplier relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with various teams and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
