Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs, ensuring purchase orders meet the requirements and specifications.
- Process incoming invoices efficiently, matching them with the corresponding purchase orders and verifying the accuracy of details.
- Pro actively resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with suppliers, facilitating effective communication and ensuring timely deliveries
- Requirements
- Proven experience in raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and effectively managing supplier relationships.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with various teams and external stakeholders.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
