Are you looking for your next Account Management role? Do you have a background in executing high-quality projects for a range of clients?


Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading creative agency, based in Bristol, in their search for a Senior Account Manager to join their team.


This is a brilliant opportunity that will see you working with some of the world's biggest brands such as Disney, McDonald's, Cunard and P&O Cruises.

You will be positioned within the Client Services and Project Management team managing client relationshipsand overseeing mid to large-sized projects.


Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Presenting midlevel project scope and budget proposals, and project updates to clients
  • Preparing presentations, proposals, budgets, and reports independently
  • Working collaboratively to help team members meet project goals and deliverables
  • Issuing invoices to clients accurately and on time
  • Producing a high standard of work ensuring that mínimal changes are required from clients
  • Providing support and guidance to advance the professional development of Junior members
  • Assisting with business development by participating in pitch teams

About you:

  • Able to demonstrate an interest in CRM and datadriven marketing
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Client Services team
  • Brilliant understanding of project management
  • Confident communicator who is willing to give and act on constructive feedback
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to hit deadlines consistently
