  • Working 9am 5.30pm Monday to Friday in a sociable team

About Our Client:

Page Personnel are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a business in North Leeds.

The company are within the Property Sector, and are a market leader with ties to Private Banking and Asset Management and Property brands.

They are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team in North Leeds. This will be an office based role, 5 days a week.

  • Control of the purchase and sales ledgers, including the reconciliation of supplier accounts and generating payment runs
  • Checking and entering purchase & sales invoices
  • Chasing customer debts and other credit control duties
  • Weekly bank reconciliations
  • Posting journals
  • Check and process credit card receipts
  • Dealing with phone calls/queries
  • Assisting with monthly management accounts production
  • Assisting with VAT reporting
  • To perform any other duties which from time to time may be required to ensure the smooth running of the finance department.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant Experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
