Part Time Morning or Evening Office Cleaner

Pay Rate :
£9.45 Per Hour

Hours : 10 per week / Monday to Friday 07:30 - 09:30 OR 17:00 - 19:00

Yell are seeking a Morning/Evening Office Cleaner to join our Facilities team based within our sales excellence centre in Belfast city centre and will report into the Facilities Manager.

The successful applicant will be joining a long-established team working in a vibrant call-centre providing the best environment for our colleagues to succeed.

Duties and responsibilities

To follow and implement Yell's enhanced Covid 19 protocols.
To dust and clean all occupied workstations daily including wiping down desks, monitors, keyboards, mice, and headsets.
To dust and clean all unoccupied desks at least once per week.
To hoover all carpeted areas within the office 3 times per week.
To remove waste from the office and dispose of in allocated waste bins daily.
During holidays or busy periods, the successful applicant may be asked to perform other cleaning duties as specified by the Facilities Manager or Head housekeeper; these could include and are not limited to, the cleaning of kitchen areas or W/Cs.
To report any damage to fabric or furniture to the Facilities Manager or Head Housekeeper.
To always abide by Yell's health and safety policy and to report any H&S concerns to the Facilities Manager or Head Housekeeper.
To complete all training provided within agreed timescales with Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team but equally unsupervised
Previous experience in a similar cleaning role within an office or retail setting is preferred although not essential as full training will be given to the successful applicant before starting.
Must be able to work the following hours / days:

Monday to Friday 07:30 - 09:30 OR 17:00 - 19:00
