As a Head of Brand, Partnerships and Content, you'll contribute to our purpose to build a healthier nation setting the brand strategy, vision, identity and positioning to support the Charity achieve its strategic objectives.

As part of the Communications Directorate's Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in delivering the Directorate's purpose to be the custodian of the 'voice, identity and reputation of the Charity', providing the brand vision, strategy, messaging and positioning for the organisation tell a compelling story through all channels and touch points with key stakeholders.


This role will own brand strategy and management and will drive forward our brand marketing activities and partnership agenda to support the Charity achieve its strategic objectives in building awareness, trust public reach and financial sustainability.

The role will also oversee our content strategy and development to ensure we maximise all opportunities and make the most of our content assets to support our beneficiaries, build brand awareness and trust and drive customers to our services.


As our Head of Brand, Partnerships and Content you will have:

Broad brand marketing experience, strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation undergoing significant transformation.

Experience of developing brand and marketing plans to support a large network of consumer facing or retail outlets and purpose led marketing
Proven leadership skills, including leading matrix teams for complex brand-led projects
Demonstrable experience of delivering successful brand partnership that delivered against objectives.
Proven expertise in developing content marketing strategies that support organisations strategic objectives.


Marketing judgement & consumer insight:
to be able to analyse and interpret both consumer insights, market trends and business ambitions and translate this is to powerful annual trade plans and inspiring consumer communications briefs

A solid understanding of consumer trends including creative, media and macro trends that will impact consumer behaviour, and therefore how we plan brand and commercial activities accordingly.

Experience of the full marketing mix across channels and through marketing funnel, in particular ATL & TTL marketing experience - TVC, Radio, Digital, Press etc
Experience leading brand culture change (brand launches, re-brands and re-positioning) & governance across the organisation
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, confidently able to collaborate and drive the brand forward
Collaborative working style with a clear and relentless focus on delivering outcomes
