We are looking for an ambitious, practical, high-performing Event Coordinator to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for the operations/coordination of our growing portfolio of popular online events, face-to-face events, conferences and exhibitions.

This role particularly suits someonelooking for a part-time/flexible mostly home-based role.


Reports to:
the CEO with dotted line responsibilities to the Associate Director of Engagement and Associate Director of Development.


Main duties / responsibilities

  • Coordinate our two annual national conferences/exhibitions and our programme of virtual events
  • Setup and coordinate online registration for our facetoface and online/virtual events (including delegate enquiries/help requests)
  • Provide preevent and postevent support to key stakeholder groups (delegates/exhibitors/helpers) and members/delegates
  • Coordinate related marketing activity via our various promotional channels
  • A requirement to travel to/from London for facetoface events (including overnight stays ahead of our 2 annual conferences)

Person specification

  • At least 3 years event coordination experience
  • A motivated selfstarter passionate about delivering great events
  • An ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • A motivated selfstarter with practical problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work alone/remotely and as part of a team
  • An analytical thinker who can ask for help when needed
  • Experience within the Membership Sector is not essential
