About the job


The role of senior team leader is a hands on position ranging from assisting the contract supervisors in ensuring all the grounds teams leaving of a morning have all equipment required to carry out that days operations as well as carrying out all necessary vehicle plant and equipment checks.


Key Responsibilities
Ensure that procedures are implemented and observed in accordance with the requirements of the performance management systems.


Ensure that safe working practices are observed in accordance with current health and safety regulations and company policies, both individually and on a collective basis.

Take an active part in the training and development of all staff.

Ensure that vehicles and plant are used, maintained, and secured, in accordance with operational guidelines and that defects, damage, or thefts are reported and investigated

Ensure high standards of service are applied to satisfy all client requirements.


Adhere to all Continental Landscapes Environmental, HR, Fleet, IT, Phone, Health and Safety, Equality Diversity and Inclusion policies and procedures.


Post holder may also be required to undertake other related duties not listed in this Job Description from time to time according to the needs of the business.

£11.00-£11.30 per hour
