If you have sales or lettings estate agency experience, passion for the residential property industry, estate agency and the property market, this opportunity could be for you.

• Arranging and attending valuation
• Market appraisals
• Building and maintaining excellent relationship with landlords
• Registering applicants
• Arranging and carry our viewings
• Closing deals
• Generating repeated business
• Maintaining excellent customer service to existing clients and exceeding customer expectations at all times
• Managing the documents and procedures
• Keeping in regular contact with all current Vendors and potential buyers
• Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented
• Canvassing for properties and generating new business

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Multitasking ability and the ability to meet required deadlines
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Selfmotivated proactive approach and ready to take initiative
• Excellent computer skills are essential
• Ability to work under pressure
• Keen interest in the property industry
• A positive attitude and a professional demeanour
• Working knowledge of Jupix Software preferred but not essential

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
