Practice Manager
We are looking for a practice manager at our picturesque 3 surgery site in Finchley, North London.

Located just a 7-minute walk from the Finchley underground, ample free parking on site with plenty of local amenities nearby too.


You'd be joining a small but well established and long-standing team who offer a range of specialisms for our patients including Endodontics, Implants, Clear Aligners and Aesthetics.

There is huge potential for further private revenue growth for this practicetoo with the right manager to lead the team.


Whether you have a background working in healthcare or you have developed great leadership and business skills in other sectors, such as retail or hospitality, we are keen to hear from you.

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

  • Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
  • Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with selfemployed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  • Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
