Customer Service Specialist

Location:
Croydon


Must be able to start 22nd April 2024

Salary:
£22,000


Your role as a Customer Service Agent will be to speak to our clients' customers and deal with any queries regarding their outstanding account.

To understand their circumstances and agree repayment plans that they can afford and maintain.

Through skilled and professional negotiation whilst operating within company, industry, and legislative standards and in doing so maximise cash recovery.


This role also involves collections - if you have experience within collections this could be a good fit for you

  • Escalate any reported Information Security Event if unable to resolve by investigation & evaluation results must be recorded
  • Ensure that the premises is secure at the close of business
  • Provide adequate training for staff to enable them to execute their information & security responsibilities
  • Respond to high volume of calls
  • Negotiate repayments of accounts owed to our clients ensuring you adhere to company policy, and treating customers fairly
  • Update Accounts
  • Working with customers to understand their income & expenditure, to gain a good understanding of their financial position and ability to repay
  • Resolve/ log all disputes ensuring accounts are auctioned, followed up appropriately and that all relevant parties are notified of results accordingly
  • Ensure all Call Centre staff are adhering to all the ISMS requirements and controls set

Salary:
Up to £22,000.00 per year
