Cavalry Healthcare is a nurse-owned, nurse-led company on a mission to change care for the better and we're currently looking for compassionate and experienced Field Care Supervisors to work in our Complex Care Team based in the Liverpool area.
Crosby/Waterloo, north Liverpool.

- To take full day to day responsibility for the allocated case load of complex care packages.
- Build positive relationships with service users and their families, working closely with each allocated service user.
- To be involved in updating support plans including setting activities and todo lists on systems.
- To identify, report and record any changes to service user needs including risks, environmental changes etc.
- To take an active role in the induction and allocation of new staff, ensuring recruitment and induction processes (including introduction to service users) are robustly followed.
- Work as a member of the complex services team within packages to cover shortfalls in the rota and to provide support and supervision of staff within the team.
- Audit data on the systems
- Daily activities monitoring for packages.
- Ensure staff training and competencies are up to date.
You will have experience working in the Community/Care sector and be able to demonstrate your knowledge and passion for care.
- Desirable
- NVQ in health and social care or equivalent experience including supervising, leading a team.
- 2 years' experience working as a support worker or in a care profession.
- Knowledge and experience of rostering.
- Competent user of IT systems, databases, and MS Office.
- A selfstarter with strong personal drive to achieve results & work to high standards.
- Active team player who builds and maintains professional relationships both externally and internally.
- High Level Customer Service skills and ability to pay attention to detail.
- Strong organisational, prioritising and time management skills within a fastpaced setting with a "can do attitude".
- Confident to take ownership in welfare concerns or complaints and support to conclusion.
- Understands the roles and responsibilities across the business and the role they play within it.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

£25,000.00 per year
