Receptionist - Temporary position with potential to be long term - £10.50 per hour - Ipswich

A DBS is required for this role

Daily Duties

  • Friendly telephone manner
  • Assist with meeting and greeting parents/students visitors upon arrival
  • Dealing with and organising incoming post ready for departure
  • General admin and IT tasks
Working alongside a busy and supportive team

Person Specification

  • Comfortable working within a team
  • Good IT and Microsoft experience and knowledge
  • Previous experience of customer service is preferred
  • Confident with basic administrative tasks
  • Comfortable with changes in weekly duties depending on workload
  • DBS required
