Rethink Mental Illness are hiring Support Workers to join our Dudley Crisis Cafe - Sanctuary Hub.


We are looking for people who live and breathe our Rethink Mental Illness' values of Understanding, Expertise, Commitment, Hope, Passion and Openness.

We are hiring for part time and full-time posts and are open to discussing flexible working patterns.

We offer the opportunity to visit the service to observe the work we do and talk about a day in the life of a Support Worker with the Service Manager - this gives you the opportunity to really explore the work we do as an organisation and insight of the work you will be part of.
