Customer Service Executive
Our globally recognised client specialises in IT based consultancy products and solutions for the London based insurance market. Their team is expanding and are looking to take on an additional customer service executive in their busy team.
An exciting role working part of a social, relaxed, and inclusive team in the City of London offering hybrid working and amazing benefits.
£20,000 - £24,000

Could this be your next career move?
- Supporting with customer queries and concerns and escalating to support
- Testing and troubleshooting issues raised by users and communicating this to internal teams
- Answering internal and external queries on multiple platforms
- Liaising with second line support team on outstanding tickets
- Logging tickets and uploading to system
- General administrator and logging
You will be able to use the following competencies in the role:
- Previous experience within a customer service role
- Friendly and helpful "customer service" attitude
- Manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite as an end user not administrator
- Structured and methodical workload
- Always Providing excellent customer service
- You will have fantastic accuracy skills and attention to detail
Is this you?
Preferably you will have customer service experience and strong communication skills The desire to learn and develop your knowledge in this area is more important than experience
