The Leicestershire Police Criminal Justice Unit are initially looking for a motivated Case Administrator to join the team on a full time basis.

We anticipate further permanent vacancies within the Traffic and Crime Prosecutions Teams in the next 12 months, so if you pass the interview, we will hold your details for 12 months in a pass pool and will not be advertising again for 12 months unless the pass pool is exhausted.

As a Case Administrator you could be based within the 'Crime' or 'Traffic' team.

Case Administrators are responsible for quality assuring crime or traffic offence files (respectively), answering queries and assisting to build case files as necessary.


You will have excellent computer skills including experience in data entry (inputting and extracting information), experience of working in a team-based environment, have the ability to prioritise your own workload and previous admin/clerical experience.


Our Criminal Justice Unit is a busy, hard-working team, who deal with processing and investigating Traffic & Crime files, Warrants, PNC Phoenix (updating and investigating the Police National Computer), Road Safety as well as managing the Witness Care Unit.
