  • Monday to Friday 08.30am pm
  • Monday to Friday 14.00 pm 18.00pm

Job Purpose:

Delivering excellent customer service and technical support, tailored to the needs of each individual customer.


Day-to-day duties:


  • Manage all customer activities across a range of products and processes, to ensure exceptional levels of service are delivered continually in line with agreed service standards.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the customer services processes including system development, automation, testing and production.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements.
- analyse customer problems/complaints, understand the differences between a negative experience and a complaint along with how to deal with both accordingly.
