We currently have an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our award-winning Audi Centre working a _
four day week.

As a key customer facing role you will be responsible for:

Managing the flow of information between the workshop, the customer and rest of the Audi Centre; delivering an excellent experience at all times.
To be the main point of contact for Audi customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles, qualifying service needs and establishing and understanding an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
Manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.
Explain the work carried out on the vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.

OTE £32,750 per annum, dependant on achievement of targets

Hours of work am to 6.00 pm 4 days a week and 1 in 4 Saturdays _

You must hold a full UK driving licence.
