Rugger Rascals coach job Spec:

Title:
Site Assistant Coach

Hrs: 3-4hrs on a Saturday during term time

Location:
Cobham, Leg O'Mutton Playing Fields

Salary:
Up to £18 per hour depending on experience

Role:

Support our head coach at our largest site Cobham in taking classes
Ensure that games are prepped and the children are supported through the games
Help to refresh and renew current training programmes including designing new games, drills and routines to ensure the classes are always progressing and evolving.
Ensure all children and parents are taught in a safe and fun environment.

Classes run on Saturday mornings Term time from 8.45am to 11.45am, we run during term time so Summer holiday, Christmas and Easter we do not run classes.

Expectations:

We are looking for fun and active coaches who want to help children to progress and learn.
A passion for sport and exercise is more important than a rugby back ground and full training will be given at our site in Cobham. We envisage 36 weeks of training to do this dependant on experience.
You must be punctual, friendly and want to really support the children and parents in the classes.

Job Types:
Part-time, Graduate

Salary:
£10.00-£18.00 per hour
