An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a busy team, providing financial advice to high-net-worth clients. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a reputable firm who believes in employee development.

The Role:

You will be working with the Director to support and enhance client experience including diary management, arranging appointments and handling client communications accurately.

You will be dealing with clients and third parties while managing complex workflow. There will be an initial period of training and ongoing development as we encourage learning. We are a family friendly employer.

The Person:

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and has a flexible working style.

You will have exceptional communication skills and be highly organised with an excellent eye for detail.

You will have strong problem-solving skills, be a confident decision maker and able to work with little or no supervision.

Ideally, you will demonstrate previous experience and have good IT skills.

Since you will have regular contact with clients, it is essential that you are confident in dealing with people and can work with total discretion.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
From £12.00 per hour
