Featuring classically inspired cocktails, exceptional coffee and a food menu encompassing playful takes on iconic dishes. A place to meet, work, eat, drink and play.-
Salary: £14 per Hour plus annual service charge anticipated in the region of £8800_

JOB OVERVIEW
The Head Bartender is responsible for operating a section of the Bar, supervising a small bar team preparing and serving beverages and creating exceptional customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Head Bartender, you will:

Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Welcome customers to build rapport and create a great first impression
- Take ownership of service delivery in your section to provide exceptional customer experiences, anticipating customers' needs and making sure service sequences are followed consistently and efficiently
- Know your menus and recipes in detail, so you and your team can advise customers on ingredients and beverage choices
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, soft drinks and garnishes, following the bar's standard recipes
- Create personalised cocktails and mocktails based on customer preferences
- Make sure that food allergies and dietary requirements are treated with absolute seriousness by all Team Members in your section
- Communicate effectively with the service team so that all orders are correct, wellpresented and delivered on time
- Train the service team on the differences between spirit types and serves in an easytounderstand way to improve their product knowledge
- Contribute to achieving bar revenue targets through upselling
- Aim to exceed every guest's expectations, ensure the team consistently offers high quality service
- Recognise repeat customers and their preferences, offering personalised customer service
- Carry out customer satisfaction checks, taking quick action to improve service and resolve complaints, supporting your team where needed.

- Work with the rest of the team to make sure operations run smoothly, contributing to a supportive, inclusive and motivational working environment for all Team Members.

Day-To-Day Essentials
- Make sure that you strictly comply with all regulations and standards, including health, safety and hygiene.
- Set up your section for service, and make sure that equipment, guest areas and work areas are clean and tidy throughout the shift
- Make sure that you record all transactions in the POS system accurately at the time of order, that billing is accurate and that cash handling complies with hotel guidelines
- Stock and replenish inventory and supplies and assist with ordering
- Maintain bar equipment and machinery to the highest standards, coordinating the maintenance schedule and records
- Keep up to date with the latest beverage trends
- Give feedback and suggestions to the bar leadership team to improve customer and team member experiences
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for someone with a passion for bars, and at least two years' experience in a similar position preferably in a destination bar.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Customer focus, maintaining the highest standards of authentic service to create memorable guest experiences every time
- Excellent communication skills to create connections with diverse customers and share information clearly
- High attention to detail, to get orders right every time
- Great teamwork and a positive attitude
