Description

Morgan McKinley is looking for ambitious and analytically driven Business Operations Manager to drive business performance and profitability through forecasting, reporting and reviews.

The Business Operations Manager will be involved with efficient processes,effective governance which is backed up by data analytics and reporting.

Salary:
up to £56,000 DOE

Location:
Hybrid - Crawley, West Sussex - 2 days office based

Business Operations Management duties:

Oversee the business planning and development of the division, managing recruitment, budget oversight, SRP focal, board reporting and analysis of KPIs
Budget & finance management
Strategic development of the division
Manage and lead a small team of data analysts in order to collate and analyse data for all teams
Engage with stakeholders
Lead on the Function business planning approach and delivery in conjunction with the Management team and Business Management.
Provide internal audit management, facilitate internal audits, manage and follow through responses and actions.
Lead and manage the delivery of all management reporting requirements both internally and externally, including business plans.
Development of the key performance indicators

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

Proven experience working in a similar Business Operations / Project Management role
Confident in influencing, relationship building and collaborating with people at all levels of business.
Can demonstrate a keen aptitude for data analysis and report generation
A deep and broad understanding of operational and related technical issues gained through experience so as to monitor, guide and control major decisions
