Joining this dynamic team as a
Senior User Researcher will provide you with the opportunity on working with digital government services being able to shape their digital outlook directly impacting society by working on large scale projects.

As a Senior User Researcher, you will:

Manage internal and external stakeholders with usability and market research agencies
Work closely with designers and analysts with your findings on user data
Continuously support the learning and development of junior User Researchers
Lead teams on user researcher projects working alongside larger business teams to aid in defining and delivering the most appropriate methodologies to address the specific needs
Asses the projects user research work and critique the strategy to move the work forward
Plan, design and deliver user research sessions such as workshops, focus groups and continuous testing
Work in an agile environment using your own creativity and all your resources at your disposal to maximise the quality of project deliverables and their impact on the service development

The Successful Senior User Researcher skillset will be:

5 years professional experience of qualitive research methodologies from analysis and execution and design
Experience in manging team dynamics and lead constructive conversations surrounding change
Working within an agile project environment
Experienced in a lead User Researcher role within the team and mentoring juniors
Robust understanding in visual design, service design and frontend development
An understanding of quantitative research methodologies
Professional experience working with designers, developers and user experience teams for new digital products and services
Experienced in gathering requirements for web based services and a true passion for web user centred design practices
