The Opportunity:
Brawdia was launched with a specific goal in mind: to build a consultancy firm that delivers the best in class and project consultancy services.
Your Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for office enquiries
- Assistance with billing and collections
- Handling internal and external invoices and account queries
- Assistance with new instructions and case management
- Maintaining filing system
- Ensuring databases are up to date and accurate.
- Produce reports as requested.
- Managing tender invites & submissions
- Providing general administrative support to the wider Brawdia team
- Assist with the production of marketing submissions
- Work with the marketing team to create & schedule appropriate social media & LinkedIn posts
- Any other ad hoc projects or duties as required
About You:
- Experience in administrative and/ or support roles
- Strong knowledge of using MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Confident to work with new online and company systems
- Ability to always deal professionally with clients and third parties
- A thorough and methodical approach to work with the ability to prioritise tasks as and when required
- Highly selfmotivated with the ability to work independently to selfmanage work and time
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work
- Willing to show initiative with a cando attitude & enjoy working within a team
