UK Power Solutions has an exciting opportunity in our growing Asset Value department for a Coordinator to join You will be report in to the Asset Value Manager and will be responsible for the management and delivery of Asset Value claims.


Role Responsibilities

  • Management of the Meter Point Administration (MPAN) / Meter Point Registration Number (MPRN) registers to ensure that:
  • All Asset Value (AV) claims are supported by MPAN / MPRN registers
  • Management of the Asset Value Claim process is to ensure:
  • Good relationships are maintained with Independent Network Operator
  • Asset value claims are made on a timely basis
  • That UKPS project managers are aware of the claim process and provide the appropriate supporting documentation in order to make claims
  • Overdue claims are chased with the Independent Network Operator
  • Working alongside the Asset Value CAD team to ensure aslaids are up to date to support claims.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintenance of the claims databases (in Excel) in order to track progress of the AV Claim Tracker and Plots Energised
  • To support the Asset Value Manager in other matters that arise from time to time

About you

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to a fast changing environment
  • Strong organisational skills; structured and systematic working practice
  • Desire for achieving strong financial control without constraining the business objectives
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate commercial acumen
  • Previous experience in an administration role
