Description
We are looking for a Bank Hospital Administrator to join our team at Cygnet Oaklands.


Cygnet Health Care have been providing a national network of high quality specialist mental health services for more than 30 years.

Oaklands is a specialist residential service with nursing, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in Hexham, Northumberland. The team support individuals who have additional mental or physical health needs and behaviours thatmay challenge.

In this role you'll have the chance to make a real impact on patients, service users & their families.

Your Day-to-Day...

  • Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
  • Prepare reports & other written materials
  • Keep files & records as required
  • Work cooperatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
  • Occasionally taking notes & minutes at meetings when required
  • Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner

What we are looking for is...

  • An experienced administrator used to liaising with customers/clients
  • Organised, naturally helpful and a good multitasker
  • Computer literate including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable of telephone systems
  • Polite, friendly & approachable with excellent communication skills
  • GCSE Maths and English qualified, with a good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Diligent & accurate, with an eye for detail and an understanding of confidentiality.
  • Although it is a set shift pattern we need flexibility to cover annual leave/sickness/training.
