We have a really great opportunity for a senior reservation agent to efficiently operate and support the Central Reservations Department.

Experience you will need:

Experience in a similar role within hospitality
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Have strong attention to detail
Be savvy with sales and commercially minded in your approach as a part of the role will be to upsell
To be solution focused when challenges arise
To have a positive attitude and be a team player
